VAJ is currently a 認証NPO法人 (certified NPO) (Tokyo NPO portal listing). We are not a 認定 or 特例認定 NPO at this time, so donations do not qualify for Japanese income tax deduction (寄付金控除). We are happy to issue a thank-you receipt (御礼の領収書) on request — please email your name and address to contact@hiephoi.jp (issued within approximately 1 month after payment).
