NPO NRNA's 2023 Humanitarian Blood Donation Program
This Sunday, NPO NRNA, our partner Nepalese association, will host a humanitarian blood drive with the support of the Japanese Red Cross Society.
Blood Donation Proposal
Introduction
Blood donation has been recognized as one of the important practices since decades. Saving lives by donating blood is also regarded as a sign of humanity that unites people irrespective of their race, ethnicity, religion or more. NRNA Japan has been continuously working in implementing this great practice and mobilizing every resource it has to raise awareness regarding the same within the Nepali community. Despite of the current pandemic situation we (NRNA National Coordination Council, Japan) in coordination with our regional committees are organizing the “Blood Donation Program 2023” on the auspicious occasion of ‘Nepali New Year 2079’. This year we would like to extend our horizon to include every organizations from Japan to assist us with anything they probably could from their side. Hence, we are viewing this program as a platform to build mutual connection and do social service to mankind both at a same time. We would work in collaboration with the Red Cross Society of Japan and many other organizations for this joint venture.

Expectations from collaborating organization
• To help us in promoting the event throughout Japan

Introduction

NRNA Japan has been continually engaged in this meaningful activity, mobilizing every available resource to raise awareness of blood donation within the Nepalese community. Even with the ongoing global health situation, we (NRNA National Coordination Council, Japan), in coordination with regional committees, are organizing “Blood Donation Program 2023” on the auspicious day of “Nepali New Year 2079.” This year we would like to broaden our scope and welcome the cooperation of organizations across Japan. We position this program as a platform for building mutual connections and at the same time providing social service for humanity.
