Announcement: Winter 2023 JLPT Preparation Classes | Vietnamese Association in Japan

Dear fellow Vietnamese in Japan,

Dear international students and technical interns,

With the July 2023 JLPT now behind us, many of you are no doubt already preparing for the December 2023 test. Studying Japanese is a long, demanding journey, and self-study while staying motivated is even harder.

To ease that burden for our students and technical interns, the Association is once again offering free JLPT preparation classes, just as we have in past years. Participants are welcome to share their concerns about studying Japanese, as well as challenges in their lives at work or school in Japan, with our dedicated and experienced volunteer teachers.

We hope this effort will help give wings to the dreams of our Vietnamese community.

This Winter 2023 session offers four classes: N1, N2, N3, and N4.

The N1 class will run as a peer study group with a mentor who shares exam-sprint experience and guidance. The group meets three times per week, 75 minutes per session.

The N2, N3, and N4 classes follow our usual format, focusing on test-taking skills (Listening, Reading, Vocabulary, and Kanji). Three sessions per week, 75 minutes each.

Time: 21:00 – 22:15

Approach:

Sharing exam strategies and tips
Reviewing question types that appear most often
Q&A tailored to each learner’s specific needs

We also offer outside-of-class support through Telegram chat, where students can ask questions any time.

One special note this season: the Association will award a scholarship to diligent students (80%+ attendance, daily homework completion) who pass the exam. The scholarship amount equals the JLPT registration fee — 7,500 yen.
